Guardianship Services
Some Seniors and Disabled individuals may be unable to make independent decisions for themselves and require the services of a court appointed guardian. When less restrictive alternatives to guardianship have been exhausted and no one has qualified to serve as guardian, Texoma Guardian Group can be there to step in and advocate for those adults who are elderly and disabled.
A guardianship program implemented for the sole purpose of serving our elderly and disabled population.
Many older and disabled adults today are at risk for abuse, neglect or exploitation. While some have family or friends who can help, others have no one to whom they can turn.
